Meet The Team
Cinda Kelley
Certified Corporate Coach Cinda Kelley-Hutchings has spent her life as an entrepreneur having started her first business at the age of 12. She has spent her career working to improve the quality of life of children, families and communities through her work with non-profits. For the last 30 years, Cinda has focused her work on helping communities and businesses with strategic planning, coaching, grant-writing and fundraising efforts.
In addition to her work, Cinda believes strongly we all have a responsibility to engage in our communities. She has served on a number of local, regional and state councils and boards. Currently, Cinda serves on the Board of Directors for IU-West Hospital and as a Commissioner for Thriving Communities-Thriving State Initiative, as well as other efforts.
Cinda enjoys spending time with her husband, Bob, their combined 8 children and 6 grandchildren. In their leisure time, Cinda and Bob like to travel to Lake Erie enjoying quiet weekends of fishing and visiting the winery with family and friends.

Jaime Johnson
Jaime Johnson is a Marketing and Business Development specialist focused on unique workforce solutions for industries challenged by current quality labor shortages. With a background in wholesale distribution, he is acutely aware of the practical business needs required in today's logistics world.
Additional experience in local Economic Development and Staffing allow Johnson a full spectrum view of conditions on the ground and results driven navigation to lasting solutions.
Outside of the office, Jaime acts on stages and screens of all sizes throughout the Indianapolis area and enjoys time with his wife, Alyssa and kids, Madelynn and Jonah.
